A bit about Anna .........
Anna has worked for many Australian and International organisations including: General Electric (London & Sydney), Deloitte Corporate Finance & Consulting, Credit Suisse First Boston (London & Sydney), SA Water and HomeStart Finance (South Australia).
Anna is a passionate business improvement professional. A Chartered Accountant and Project Manager with over 12 years experience in Lean and Six Sigma, specifically in the service industry, Anna loves processes and working with businesses to make them more efficient. Since being introduced to Six Sigma at General Electric in Sydney in 2003, and Lean in 2004, Anna has worked with a number of organisations to improve business process and recently worked with HomeStart finance (South Australia) to develop and deliver an Operational Excellence program.
Anna is also passionate about keeping connected to other continuous improvement professionals and sharing her continuous improvement journey with others. Like all Lean and Six Sigma practitioners she is always learning. She works with Lean Enterprise Australia and with the University of South Australia, to deliver training to businesses implementing a continuous improvement program.
